Bryan Kaus is a Houston-based energy and industrials executive whose career spans nearly two decades across conventional and renewable energy, global supply chains, commercial strategy, transformation, capital allocation, investor relations, transactions, and executive leadership.
His work has moved between the commercial, financial, operational, and communications functions that determine enterprise value — inside ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66, and Neste, and today through his own institutions.

Helped develop the financial communications and investor narrative supporting the launch of Phillips 66 Partners, a new MLP at a newly independent Fortune 10 company during the separation from ConocoPhillips.
Phillips 66
Set strategy and pricing for an approximately $80B revenue global marketing portfolio; supported a $2B+ M&A pipeline; led the first rebuild of the company's branded and unbranded economic models in twenty years.
Neste
Led Americas strategy for an approximately 800-million-gallon renewable-fuels platform; integrated the Agri Trading acquisition; on his own initiative, authored NOVA — an enterprise turnaround framework with a full business diagnosis and phased recovery roadmap.
