Bryan Kaus is a Houston-based energy and industrials executive whose career spans nearly two decades across conventional and renewable energy, global supply chains, commercial strategy, transformation, capital allocation, investor relations, transactions, and executive leadership.
His work has moved between the commercial, financial, operational, and communications functions that determine enterprise value — inside ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66, and Neste, and today through his own institutions.

Bryan's operating perspective was formed across the physical, commercial, financial, and institutional systems that determine enterprise value — how physical operations, markets, pricing, logistics, policy, capital, investor expectations, organization, communication, and leadership interact.
